I am a licensed mental health clinician in both NC and MD. And an Advanced Licensed Addictions Specialist in NC. Sessions begin and end with your goals. I will provide the expertise on tools/techniques for progress, inner peace and well being. Basics include: stress/anger/trauma management, self-care and control, acceptance, communication, mood management, healthy coping-life. These are skills that become part of a practice, your practice, to hone and role model for others throughout your lifetime. Whomever you are, whatever you look like; whatever you have experienced; Your session time is your welcoming, calming, confidential, no-judgement zone, where you learn to experiment with the way you prefer to be- without angst; learning to listen to your heart, mind, body and soul with trust and adjust/shift in ways that decrease discomfort/suffering.
